Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy involves revisiting past memories or experiences, often from childhood or earlier stages of life, to address unresolved issues, traumas, or patterns that may be affecting a person's present behavior, emotions, or mental well-being. This therapeutic approach aims to uncover and heal root causes of psychological challenges by exploring and processing past events in a safe and supportive environment.

Regression therapy comprises two distinct sessions: past life regression therapy and life between lives regression therapy, which delves into exploring the afterlife.

Past Life Regression Therapy

This approach involves guiding individuals into a relaxed state where they can access memories or experiences from what is believed to be their past lives. The process aims to uncover insights, patterns, and unresolved issues from these past life experiences that may be influencing their current life. It can offer profound healing by addressing karmic ties, understanding recurring themes or relationships, and providing a broader perspective on life's challenges.

Life Between Lives Regression Therapy (Afterlife Exploration)

In contrast, life between lives regression therapy takes individuals beyond past lives and into the realm between incarnations. Here, they explore the spiritual realm, often described as the afterlife or the interlife state. Participants may encounter spiritual guides, review their soul contracts and life purposes, gain clarity on their soul's journey, and reconnect with their higher self. This therapy can lead to a deep sense of purpose, spiritual growth, and a greater understanding of the soul's eternal nature.
