Not too long ago, after some years of contemplating on this therapy, I finally did it. My intention was purely out of curiosity but it led me to a healing path and one which I never knew I would find a closure.

Liza has a charm of her own. I have known her for a couple of years as a co-healer. She possess empathy and the ability to create a safe and non-judgemental space during this session. She made me very comfortable. 

​

However, because I had days of restless nights before the day of my soul regression therapy, I wasn’t ready and had to cease the session mid way. I was exhausted. And in tears. 

​

As I sat in her pantry, feeling disappointed that I had to cease the session, Liza consoled me. She made me a cup of protein drink. I was also a little muddled in my thoughts. 

​

I then opened up to Liza as she made me feel at ease. I sensed she knew, as she brought up relevant questions or should i say, things that were on my mind right then. It was mind boggling, opening up on guilts of yesteryears which I never found closure and in that moment, she led me to the answers brilliantly.

I would say, Liza has a profound way of listening and providing positive outlook to issues which made me see them in broader perspectives. She is gentle in her approach and going through with her on this therapy made me literally feel that huge emotional weight being lifted off!

So, I went back for a second try and Liza led me on well and good. In this soul regression therapy, I gained access to several lifetimes. Initially, my mind was kind of fogged but when i started to put details into perspective, I managed to fill in the gaps.

Well, overall, it was a beautiful experience - to know that I do come back to the same family/soul group, in different relationships and roles. Just like a quote that I resonate with … “An invisible thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, and circumstances.

 

The thread may stretch or tangle but it will never break.” 

Such a gift and a blessing to have crossed path with Liza.
