Embarked on my professional journey as a graphic designer in 1996, stepping into the vibrant world of advertising where I managed a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. My dedication and creative flair eventually earned me a role at Universal McCann, an internationally renowned agency. Despite my achievements in advertising, Alan felt a deeper calling—a passion for empowering people and shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

This passion led me to youth development programs, starting locally with initiatives like Rakan Muda and collaborations with Malaysia’s Ministry of Youth and Sports. My commitment soon expanded to the global stage, where I contributed to impactful international programs such as Raleigh International UK. These experiences honed my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life, instilling confidence, leadership, and a growth mindset.

My expertise naturally transitioned to leading leadership programs for corporations and schools, where I combined my creative background with a deep understanding of personal and professional development, inspiring individuals to achieve their potential and lead with purpose.
